Is the HolySpirit alone called “Holy” in the Godhead?
No, the entire Godhead is called Holy!
The Father Called Holy in John 17:11
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

The Son Jesus Christ Called Holy in 1 John 2:20
20 But you have been anointed by Holy One, and you know all things.

The Son Jesus will be called “The Holy One” Luke 1 :35
